This procedure is used to define the number series that will be used when creating and posting an item recall.
To define the number series for item recalls

In the Search box, enter quality setup, and choose the related link. The Quality Setup window opens.

Go to the Numbering FastTab.

Select a value for the Item Recall Nos. field (for example, RECALL).

Select a value for the Posted Item Recall Nos. field.
- Click OK.
