You can print a report that allows you to print or preview the details of the posted item recall.

To create a posted item recall report

  1. In the Search box, enter posted item recall and then choose PostedItem Recalls.

  2. Open the record that you want to create the report for. The Posted Item Recall window opens.

  3. On the Report tab, choose Item Recall. The Posted Item Recall Report window opens.

  4. If you want the details of the report to be displayed, select the Show Detail check box.

  5. Click Print or Preview.
