After a reminder has been created, you can get an overview of it.
To view reminder statistics
In the Search box, enter Reminder, and then choose the related link.
In the Reminder window, on the Navigate tab, in the Reminder group, choose Statistics. The Reminder Statistics window opens.
The General FastTab shows a summary of the reminder. On the Customer FastTab, you can see the customer’s current balance and credit limit in $.
