When you have created a sales order, you can see additional information about the order.
To view additional information about a sales order
- In the Search box, enter Sales Orders, and then choose the related link. 
- Create the order and fill in the fields with the relevant information. 
- On the Navigate tab, in the Order group, choose Card to see the Customer card. 
- To add a comment to the sales order, close the Customer card. In the Sales Order window, on the Navigate tab, in the Order group, choose Comments to enter a comment on the order.
