If you set up the fields for maintenance, you can post maintenance expenses from a journal or a purchase invoice.
To set up maintenance information
- In the Search box, enter Fixed Assets, and then choose the related link. 
- Select the relevant fixed asset. On the Home tab, in the Manage group, choose Edit to open the Fixed Asset Card window. 
- On the Maintenance FastTab, fill in the fields. 
- Close the window.
