After the working days have been created, the exceptions must be specified.
To set up a holiday calendar
- In the Search box, enter Shop Calendars, and then choose the related link. 
- Open the calendar you want. 
- On the Navigate tab, in the Shop Cal. group, choose Holidays. 
- Enter the planned holiday. The holiday may only be a portion of the planned work time. In this case, enter only the corresponding period of time by filling in the Starting Date-Time and Ending Time fields.
