You can print maintenance ledger entries using standard reports.
To print maintenance ledger entries
In the Search box, enter Maintenance - Details, and then choose the related link.
On the Options FastTab, you can decide which depreciation book to print from and whether you want to have a new page for each asset.
On the Fixed Asset FastTab, set a filter to select the assets that you want in the report.
Choose the Print button to print the report or choose the Preview button to view it on the screen.
