You can add comments to each work center.
To enter comments for work centers
- In the Search box, enter Work Centers, and then choose the related link. 
- Open the relevant Work Center card from the list. 
- On the Navigate tab, in the Work Ctr. group, choose Comments. 
- Enter a comment in the Comment field, and possibly a date in the Date field if you want the comment to be time related. 
- To insert a new comment between existing comment lines, select the line below which you want to insert the new comment. 
- On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New to insert an empty comment line. 
- Close the window.
