JustFoodERP has created configuration packages, which are typically used by the Implementation Services team when setting up a new company.

Code Description
CLEANCOMPANY*
*Code name is customizable 
The CLEANCOMPANY package is created from the Configuration Packages window, and you can designate the code and name of the package. When a CLEANCOMPANY package is created, it contains the tables that typically contain transaction data.

When you are copying PILOT companies, or creating a LIVE company, you may want to keep your setup data but want to remove any transactions that were created during testing, this is known as creating a clean company. JF DEFAULT Contains the tables that can be used for importing company data such as customers, vendors, and items.
JUSTFOOD

The JUSTFOOD configuration package contains the information to start creating basic data in a new company setup. The JUSTFOOD package needs to be manually imported by the Implementation Services team.  

OPENING INVENTORY When you create a new company, the OPENING INVENTORY package is added to the configuration packages. The OPENING INVENTORY package can be used to import data into the company. The Item Journal table, in the OPENING INVENTORY package, allows lot numbers, item expiration dates and net weights to be loaded into the Item Journal, and then be posted without adding item tracking.
