Open the Sales Invoice Event window.

You use the Sales Invoice Event report when manually running a sales invoice event. The sales invoices that fall within the start and end dates will be e-mailed to the defined event contacts. E-mails will not be sent if the notification has already been sent the maximum number of times (as defined in the Max. Sched. Rec. Occurence field on the Events window).

Open the report by choosing Departments/Administration/Application Setup/Event Notifications/Sales Invoice Event.

Start Date

Enter the date that you want to start including sales invoices.

End Date

Enter the date that you want to stop including sales invoices.
