Pre-Print Bar Code Labels (report)

Open the Pre-Print Bar Code Labels window.

Use this report to pre-print bar code labels. Once the bar code is scanned, you can then enter information that will be stored against that bar code for future use.

Options

Field	Description
Pre-Printed Bar Code Type	Indicates the type of bar code label to print. Condensed GUID: Prints a 22-character bar code, which is a condensed version of the GUID. GUID: Prints a 36-character (or less depending on the data values) bar code. No. Series: Based on the number series selected in the Pre-Print Bar Code No. Series field on the Bar Code Setup window. When generating a pre-printed number series bar code, JustFoodERP selects the next number in the number series, adds the prefix identifier, and if Append No. Series Checksum is selected, adds the checksum digit to the end of the bar code.
Number of Labels to Print	Enter the number of unique labels to print. Zero still prints 1 label.
