Open the 
Nonstock Item Card window.
Specifies how you want to create items that you offer to your customers for their convenience, but that you do not stock. Once a nonstock item has been created, the first time a sale is made using that item, you can convert the nonstock item to a regular item by clicking Actions, pointing to Functions, and then clicking Create Item. Alternatively, if your vendor has provided a catalog, you can import the entire catalog of nonstock items.
