Open the 
Edit Dimension Set Entries window.
Specifies how you want to specify dimensions and dimension values for a document header, document line, or journal line.
Fill in the following fields:

Specifies the dimension value. |
Additional Information
Use this window to specify dimension values for dimensions that are not specified as shortcut dimensions. You can specify up to two shortcut dimensions directly on a document header or up to eight shortcut dimensions directly on a document line or journal line.
