Open the 
Companies window.
Shows a list of available companies in the current database.
You can create, rename, and remove companies in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client and the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client. You can create a new company, or you can create a copy of an existing company. When you create a copy, the business data is copied to the new company. When you create a new company, data is not included.
The Status field indicates if the company is a production, testing, or development environment. You can change the status by clicking the Change Company Status action, which opens the Change Company Status window. Companies with a status of Production will block certain RapidStart functions, such as deleting database data, from being performed.
