Open the 
Plant Device Groups window.
The Plant Device Groups window shows the device groups. The Plant configuration is done at the group level. Each group can have a different configuration, which determines how the Plant application behaves. A device is assigned to a device group from the Plant Devices window.
Click New to create a new plant device. Click Configuration to open the Plant Device Configuration window.
To open the window, go to /Departments/Administration/Application Setup/Plant/Plant Device Groups.
