Open the 
Create Clean Company Package window.
Used to define the code and name of a new clean company package. This allows you to create a new package that is pre-populated with a list of JustFoodERP tables that contain transaction data. Having a clean company package allows you to then delete all data from a pilot, test or development company while preserving setup data for a go-live, or a new round of piloting or testing.
