In order to manually send a sales invoice e-mail to a customer, you need to have done the following:

To manually send a sales invoice e-mail

  1. Open the Posted Sales Invoice window.

    Navigate to Posted Documents>Posted Sales Invoices.

  2. Select the posted sales invoice that you want to e-mail to a customer

  3. On the Actions tab, in the Functions group, choose Send Invoice E-Mail (PDF).

    An e-mail containing the sales invoice will be sent to the event contacts defined for the customer.
