Any time new events are included in a release, you will need to load the new events.

Note: The event notification setup needs to have been completed before loading the events. See Set up Event Notifications for more information.

To load events

  1. In the Search window, enter event notification, and then choose Event Notification Setup. The Event Notification Setup window opens.

  2.  On the Home tab, in the Process group, choose Load/Update Events.

    You will receive a message if the events were successfully updated.

    The updated events are now listed in the Events window.

  3. Click OK.
